About the role

- Based at our North America Headquarters in Roswell, GA, we are hiring a Human Resources Vice President.
- As a key member of both the Performance Minerals Americas and Human Resources Leadership Teams, you will act as the strategic architect of the people agenda for our business.
Responsibilities
- Labor & Industrial Relations: Drive the regional labor relations strategy, proactively negotiating and administering multiple Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs) to ensure a stable industrial climate.
- Talent & Culture: Build robust talent pipelines for critical industrial/commercial roles, lead succession planning, and unify the culture across 7 diverse geographies into a "One Business" mindset.
- Partner closely with Operations and EHS teams to champion our "Safer Together" culture and drive accountability for leading safety indicators.
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or Law.
