Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and quality control of technical documentation, advocating for clarity and accuracy in all drawings, details, and specifications.
  • Exceptional knowledge of building systems, detailing, materials, construction sequencing, and agency review processes, especially in California.
  • Proven experience developing project manuals, technical specifications, and contract documents for complex, regulated projects.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple fast-paced deadlines.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (required); licensed or registered architect preferred.
  • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD (required); familiarity with Bluebeam Revu, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office tools.

Compensation

  • At the time of posting this job advertisement, the annual pay salary range for this position is between $110,000 to $140,000 commensurate with qualifications
