Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong expertise in Business

Lead business requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders across multiple departments.
Develop and maintain detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), functional requirements, and user stories.
Create and maintain BPMN process diagrams to document current-state and future-state workflows.
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to validate requirements and process flows.
Collaborate with product owners, project managers, technical solution architects, and developers during solution design and implementation.
Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by preparing test scenarios, validating outcomes, and coordinating with stakeholders.

5-8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst.
3-5 years working on large scale ERP implementations.
Experience working in a manufacturing environment that is multi-site and multi-national.
Hands-on experience with BPMN 2.0 process modeling.
Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops and requirement elicitation sessions.
Experience implementing complex Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Manufacturing Solutions.
Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall environments.

Experience with process modeling tools such as: Mavim Lucidchart GB Tec Qualiware Camunda Modele Signavio Visio Bizagi Familiarity with Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe).
Experience writing functional requirements, use cases, and process flows.
Certifications such as: CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) PMI-PBA BPMN Certification Experience with Confluence, Jira and other tools to capture business requirements and documentation.
