About the role

  • We are seeking a Sr Manager to join the Equity Product and Trading Solutions team at FCM.
  • The primary purpose of this role is to take part in driving and shaping the firm's electronic trading infrastructure and be accountable for the entire product life cycle from planning to implementation and adoption.

Responsibilities

  • In this role, you will help drive the development and evolution of our core electronic trading platform, including order management and routing, FIX connectivity, data, and risk controls.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead high‑performing, cross‑functional product delivery squads using modern product management practices
  • Team-oriented, positive, and forward-thinking, with a passion for building innovative trading solutions
  • Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously

Requirements

  • Proven ability to act as the voice of the customer, translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements for technology teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical topics to diverse audiences
  • Series 7 and 63 licenses required within 6 months of hire

Compensation

  • The base salary range for this position is $90,000-155,000 USD per year.

  • The base salary range for this position is $90,000-155,000 USD per year.
  • Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors.
  • Base salary is only part of the total compensation package.
  • Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
