About the role

  • The HR Coordinator will run the daily functions of the LA HR department including onboarding and HRIS and personnel file management.

Responsibilities

  • employees coordinating with cross-functional departments to deliver an exceptional new hire
  • Provide operational support to HRBP Executives for accountable business units (i.e., WD report generation, organizational chart management, etc.)
  • Maintain all Employee Files, ensuring proper document storage
  • Develop and execute positive employee relations initiatives
  • foster and maintain quality relationships with all hourly employees by interacting and being available

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of human resources experience in a corporate environment
  • Ability to succeed in a fast paced, highly demanding, high volume, dynamic, corporate
  • Ability to interact with all levels of the organization

Compensation

  • The base hourly rate for this position is in the range of $28.00 - $31.00.
  • Ultimately, wages may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, business sector, and geographic location, among other criteria.
