- This position is responsible for the safe and efficient collection of drill samples and for assisting field teams with geologic mapping, survey staking, drill pad inspections, and related project activities.
- The Geotechnician will work closely with contractors and field personnel and must be able to complete assigned tasks safely, accurately, and with minimal supervision.
- Local candidates are preferred.
- Safely collect, organize, label, and handle drill samples.
- Conduct drill pad inspections and report field conditions.
- Use a Brunton compass or similar field equipment.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Communicate with contractors, supervisors, and project personnel.
