Superintendent-Maintenance Mechanical Talen Energy is soliciting candidates interested in filling the position of Mechanical Maintenance Superintendent at the Susquehanna Steam Electric Station located near Berwick, Pennsylvania.

Extensive knowledge of all Maintenance programs, job requirements, procedures, work activities, and plant systems.
Thorough knowledge of labor agreements and administration requirements.
Thorough knowledge of all planning/scheduling requirements, information management systems and man-hour estimating programs.

A thorough knowledge of power plant operations including system interactions and impacts.
Competent understanding of existing Company Policies and Station Procedures.
Working knowledge of Susquehanna Technical Specifications & Requirements.
Demonstrated skill with Union Relations
Established communication skills.
Demonstrated leadership skills.
Thorough knowledge and understanding of Susquehanna training and certification programs.
Familiar with the following Susquehanna Work Management Process
