Responsibilities

  • Maintain customer credit files and handle customer correspondence regarding discrepancies on credit applications
  • Will communicate with Central Credit and other regarding credit applications and make credit reference inquiries, accept and process telephone applications, and forward to individuals authorized to approve credit along with proper completion of all related documents

Requirements

  • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent required
  • One (1) to three (3) years of appropriate experience in a Class III casino atmosphere
  • Computer related experience desired including AS400, CMS, and/or ACSC systems
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, talk or hear; and taste or smell.
  • Good clerical and office skills
  • Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to independently maintain high levels of productivity
