Responsibilities
- Maintain capacity templates and adjust capacity/manpower as demand dictates.
- Reserve capacity for short lead time programmed orders.
- Coordinate production schedules across multiple manufacturing areas to support on-time delivery and shipping performance.
- Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, and Engineering to communicate scheduling priorities, changes, and production requirements.
- Manage schedule updates resulting from engineering changes, customer requests, material availability, and shifting business needs.
- Prepare and distribute daily status reports to support operational decision-making.
- Support and participate in continuous improvement activities.
Requirements
- Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment, such as a computer and phone.
- The person is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as:
- Occasional mobility required to attend in-person meetings and complete various office tasks.
Nice to have
- Monitor critical part availability and proactively suggest changes to minimize production disruptions.
- Track and communicate schedule changes, late shipments, and other key production updates to stakeholders.
- 2 Year / Associate Degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field of study or equivalent years of job experience required.
- 4 Year / Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field of study preferred.
- 2-4 years of relevant work experience required.
- Proficiency in Excel required.
- Previous SAP Experience preferred.
Compensation
- Greenheck Group takes pride in providing competitive pay along with a comprehensive benefits package as part of our total rewards program.
- The starting base pay range for this position is $69,581-$85,953 and may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and performance.
