Responsibilities
- Support live meetings and events to ensure seamless presentations and high-quality user experiences.
- Perform preventive maintenance, firmware updates, and documentation of AV equipment.
- Partner with IT, Facilities, and vendors on AV installations, upgrades, and integrations.
- Maintain AV inventory, track equipment usage, and recommend system improvements.
- Provide input on AV design, procurement, and long-term planning to optimize enterprise-wide technology.
Requirements
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Media Production, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience in AV support, integration, or operations.
- Strong knowledge of AV control systems (e.g., Crestron, Extron, AMX) and video conferencing solutions.
- Technical expertise with AV systems and collaboration platforms.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to support executives, clinicians, and staff under time-sensitive conditions.

Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with AV over IP, sound systems, and digital signage preferred.
- Industry certifications (CTS, CTS-I, or CTS-D) a plus.
Compensation
- The base pay scale for this position is $26.65 - $40.87.
- The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to: scope of role, level of experience, education, accomplishments, internal equity, budget, and subject to Fair Market Value evaluation.
