  • SAP BTP familiarity with CAP on Node.js, XSUAA, Destinations, and Fiori expertise
  • Ability to translate business workflows into scalable, secure, reliable systems
  • You don't need to be an expert at all but demonstrate strong ability to learn fast and having dedication to your craft is a must.

Skills

  • S/4HANA migration experience and solid SAP fundamentals including RAP and OData

Compensation

  • $150,000 to $250,000 plus meaningful founding equity
  • $200,000 to $400,000

  • 4+ years hands-on SAP engineering (most leads will have 6-10+), with strong ABAP and ABAP OO / modern ABAP skills

  • Solid NetWeaver fundamentals: AS ABAP, Gateway/OData provisioning, transport strategy, performance tuning

  • Total compensation: $200,000 to $400,000
  • Base salary: $150,000 to $250,000 plus meaningful founding equity
