About the role

Responsibilities

  • The Clinical Director of Pediatric Speech-Language Pathology leads the strategic growth, clinical quality, and operational performance of MeBe's Speech-Language Pathology services across all 10 markets.
  • Their goal is to expand access to care, develop high-performing clinicians, drive operational excellence, and ensure a consistent, exceptional experience for children and families.
  • Scheduling department manages reschedules and cancellations

Requirements

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Current state licensure and CCC-SLP credential.
  • Must reside and hold licensure in one of the following states: (AZ, CA, CO, TX, WA, VA).
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations, payer requirements, and accreditation standards.
  • Proven ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams in a remote and collaborative environment.

Nice to have

  • Minimum of 7 years of clinical experience as a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience leading teams of SLPs preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in a management or supervisory capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of evidence-based speech-language therapy practices and interventions.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Compensation

  • $90k-$110k
