About the role
- MeBe is a provider of evidence-based therapies for children with autism and other special needs.

Responsibilities
- The Clinical Director of Pediatric Speech-Language Pathology leads the strategic growth, clinical quality, and operational performance of MeBe's Speech-Language Pathology services across all 10 markets.
- Their goal is to expand access to care, develop high-performing clinicians, drive operational excellence, and ensure a consistent, exceptional experience for children and families.
- Scheduling department manages reschedules and cancellations
Requirements
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Current state licensure and CCC-SLP credential.
- Must reside and hold licensure in one of the following states: (AZ, CA, CO, TX, WA, VA).
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations, payer requirements, and accreditation standards.
- Proven ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams in a remote and collaborative environment.
Nice to have
- Minimum of 7 years of clinical experience as a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience leading teams of SLPs preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a management or supervisory capacity.
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based speech-language therapy practices and interventions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Compensation
- $90k-$110k
