About the role

The Infrastructure & Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring the reliability, availability, security, and continuous improvement of the company's IT infrastructure and operational services.

IT Infrastructure & Operations Lead the day-to-day management of IT infrastructure and operational services.
Support infrastructure scalability to meet evolving business requirements.
Maintain high standards of service continuity and operational reliability.
Vendor & Service Management Select, coordinate, and manage external IT service providers.
Coordinate third-party support activities and technical interventions.
Operational Excellence Drive initiatives that improve operational efficiency through process optimization and automation.
Implement best practices across infrastructure management and IT operations.
Lead incident management, problem resolution, and root cause analysis.

Profile Experience Minimum 6 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, IT Operations, or Technology Services.
Proven experience managing enterprise infrastructure within complex environments.
Experience leading operational teams and managing external service providers.

Solid understanding of enterprise infrastructure technologies.
Good knowledge of networking, servers, cloud environments, and end-user technologies.
Experience with IT service management principles and operational processes.
Familiarity with monitoring, incident management, capacity planning, and infrastructure governance.
Strong understanding of business continuity and operational resilience.
Languages Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
