Responsibilities
- Manages applicable project contracts in conjunction with sourcing personnel.
- Provides support to and mentors others in the use of organizational change management methodology and business consulting support as needed within the context of program and project management to aid in assurance of achievement of strategic objectives.

- Lead the Delivery of Large-Scale Renewable Wind Energy Projects
- Join Alliant Energy as a Senior Project Manager - Wind Construction and lead the execution of major wind energy projects across Wisconsin and Minnesota.
- While wind experience is a plus, we're looking for a strong project leader who can successfully deliver large-scale construction, infrastructure, energy, or industrial projects-we can teach the wind side.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in project management managing medium to large sized, complex project

- Certification achievement of a Project Management Professional certification within 12 months of employment is required.
- All candidates selected for employment with Alliant Energy will be required to successfully complete a background check, and a drug screen where applicable.

- Alliant Energy offers a comprehensive total rewards package including competitive compensation and benefit programs.
Compensation
- $120,000-$145,000
- This position is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program.
- The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
