About the role
- Our technology replaces crowded counters and unsecured shelves with streamlined, self-serve pickup that reduces lines, eases labor strain, and improves order accuracy for both operators and guests.
- We serve restaurants, colleges and universities, airports, casinos, healthcare facilities, retail, and other high-volume environments with solutions that scale and integrate with existing ordering and POS systems.
Responsibilities
- You will work in an upbeat, professional team environment supporting the technical aspects of project implementation and providing ongoing software/hardware support for our client base.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of business processes/standards/testing requirements through a variety of training methods including classroom, hands-on, and site visits (travel will be less than 5%).
Requirements
- Strong documentation skills required as well as timely follow-up is a necessity for this role.
Nice to have
- Associates degree or relevant work experience related to computer/device support, electrical/mechanical equipment is a plus, but it is not required.

Compensation
- 48,000.00 - 60,000.00.
- This is the expected salary range for this position.
- Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate's location, experience, and other job-related factors.
