Responsibilities
- Today, we build and deploy these networks at scale.
- Own HQ Sales onboarding end-to-end, from planning through follow-up
- Establish and maintain a single source of truth for onboarding and enablement materials
- Manage onboarding and enablement content, including organization and versioning
- Maintain onboarding calendars, materials, recordings, and documentation
Requirements
- You have experience running enablement, onboarding, or similar cross-functional programs at a high-growth company
- You are execution-focused, highly organized, and comfortable owning programs end-to-end
- You can turn ambiguity into clear plans and repeatable processes
Nice to have
- Experience supporting distributed or global teams is a plus
Compensation
- The estimated salary range for this role is $145,000 - $170,000.
