About the role
- Diamond Foundry Inc. is solving the thermal limitation at the foundation of today's most exciting tech industries -- AI & cloud compute, electric-car power electronics, and 5G/6G wireless.
- We received $515m in funding and are executing a multi-$B expansion plan for one of the greenest forms of tech manufacturing: converting greenhouse gas into diamond wafers using zero-emission energy.
- This role is highly hands-on and execution-focused, translating technical strategy into experiments, prototypes, and validated performance data that inform both engineering decisions and customer-facing outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Hands-on Assembly & Testing: Support the integration of our materials by executing physical assembly, bonding processes, and performance testing.
- Data & Reporting: Gather, analyze, and document technical data from tests to provide the Director with the insights needed for customer and executive updates.
- Cross-Functional Support: Help coordinate between internal engineering teams and external customer requests to ensure project alignment.
- Support the integration of our materials by executing physical assembly, bonding processes, and performance testing.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with the Director and internal teammates.

Requirements
- Core Skills: Strong background in a lab or testing environment with a proven ability to work with physical hardware and materials.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical field.
