- Salary range: An annual salary range of $90,000 to 130,000 is what we expect to pay for this position, based on overall skills and experience.
Responsibilities
- As a Senior Documentation Officer, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing Municipal or Tax-exempt Lease, Loan or Bond Documents ("Loan Documents") for new loans as well as providing customer service to existing borrowers.
- Help prepare and review Loan Documents in coordination with our Public Finance ESOs, Credit Underwriters and the Senior Managing Director.
- Create the Loan Documentation Closing Transmittal and upload all supporting documentation into a Funding File for On-Boarding and Closing
- Assist in developing policies and procedures
- Be able to perform and respond to multiple tasks in a fast-paced high-volume area

- This may take the form of working on past-due payments, onboarding customers, processing escrow disbursements, managing original documents and booking and monitoring accounts.

Requirements
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship, now or in the future, to be considered.
Nice to have
- Experience with other banking lines of business is preferred. (escrow deposits)
- Paralegal or Juris Doctor with Banking Experience (strongly preferred - not required), with minimum college degree or extensive loan documentation experience
- Working knowledge of the Aspire or SalesForce systems (strongly preferred - not required)

Compensation
