About the role
- Capco is a global technology and management consultancy specializing in driving digital transformation across the financial services and energy sectors.
- As a full stack ETRM Developer, you will join our Technology & Engineering practice and play a key role in delivering and enhancing Energy Trading and Risk Management (ETRM) solutions for leading energy organizations.
Responsibilities
- Deliver.NET implementation and enhancement projects, including custom extensions, integrations, data migrations, conversions, and reporting solutions.
- Develop and maintain technical specifications, application components, and configuration changes across multiple client engagements.
- Support technical training initiatives and contribute to knowledge-sharing across project teams.
- Collaborate with project managers, stakeholders, and development teams to communicate progress and ensure successful project delivery.
- Knowledge of object-oriented programming principles, software architecture, and design patterns that support maintainable and reusable code.
- At Capco, we use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support and enhance several parts of talent acquisition.
- AI is used as a support tool only.
Requirements
- Approximately five years of software development experience with strong full-stack development capabilities.
- Experience with Microsoft technologies including.NET Framework,.NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, Web API, SQL Server, and Reporting Services.
- Strong understanding of relational databases, query optimization, and stored procedure development.
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments and solving complex business and technical challenges.
- Hands-on experience with ETRM platforms.
- Experience integrating ETRM systems with upstream or downstream enterprise applications.
- Experience supporting pre-sales activities, solution demonstrations, or proposal development.
- Knowledge of energy trading, risk management, and commodity markets.
