  • This role serves as the primary point of contact for students and faculty, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience while overseeing the Registrar's operational calendar and key academic timelines.

Responsibilities

  • Manage course registration processes, including adds/drops, withdrawals, overrides, grade changes, and program declarations.
  • Document, and maintain office procedures, workflows, and training materials
  • Manage the Registrar's operational calendar, including registration periods, deadlines, exams, graduation, and curriculum implementation timelines.
  • Support processing transcript requests and enrollment verifications during high-volume periods.
  • Partner with the Records & Compliance Coordinator to ensure data accuracy and policy adherence.
  • Provide secondary support for record-related processes during peak periods.
  • Crosstrain to support records and compliance to ensure operational continuity.
  • Provide backup support during peak periods (scheduling, audits, and graduation).

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of administrative or office coordination experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and student information systems.

  • Time management and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation

  • $38,000-$43,000. 35 -hour work week.
  • Exact compensation based on candidate skills and experience.
