About the role
- Have one year of experience working directly with children.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States and able to provide verification.
Requirements
- Must be at least 19 years of age at the time of hire.
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Able to pass required Background Checks.
- It is the expectation that communication between the treatment team is effective and efficient and all required documentation is completed accurately and within a timely manner.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Social Work related field.
- Valid state issued driver's license.
- Paid experience working with children and/or youth in a group treatment orientation.
- Possess the skills and ability to work successfully with the special needs of children in care.
- Demonstrate effective communication and problem solving skills.
