About the role

  • Have one year of experience working directly with children.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States and able to provide verification.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 19 years of age at the time of hire.
  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Able to pass required Background Checks.
  • It is the expectation that communication between the treatment team is effective and efficient and all required documentation is completed accurately and within a timely manner.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Social Work related field.
  • Valid state issued driver's license.
  • Paid experience working with children and/or youth in a group treatment orientation.
  • Possess the skills and ability to work successfully with the special needs of children in care.
  • Demonstrate effective communication and problem solving skills.
