Responsibilities
- Performs data collection (quantitative and qualitative), research (industry and subject matter), and analysis utilizing basic analytic techniques to solve client problems
- Audits practices and own work via data analysis, interviewing, and shadowing to ensure good quality work, identify inconsistencies, and elevate areas of opportunity or risk
- Manages client relationship at the representative level
Requirements
- Experience related to leading Denials Avoidance/Prevention and Avoidable Write-Offs initiatives with measurable financial results;
- Experience with process redesign and process improvement;
- Experience working across the entire Revenue Cycle (including Patient Access, HIM/Coding, and Patient Financial Services) for initiatives;
- Candidate must be able to submit verification of his/her legal right to work in the U.S., without company sponsorship.

- At least 5 years experience in Revenue Cycle, and preferably someone already at the Manager level in consulting or Director level in the healthcare industry
- Completion of a Bachelor's degree, Master's degree, or equivalent in the areas of economics, finance, accounting, statistics, econometrics, public health, engineering or other practice related subjects
- Proven capability with MS Excel is necessary. Knowledge and experience with other analytical software (e.g., SAS, SPSS, Stata, MS Access, MS SQL Server) is preferred. A willingness to expand those capabilities is helpful.
- Consultant Salary Range: $90,000 - $135,000 per year.
- Managing Consultant Salary Range: $120,000 - $165,000 per year
- Job title and compensation to be determined based on qualifications and experience.

- $90,000 - $135,000 per year.
