About the role
- Diversified Treatment Alternative Centers (DTAC) is seeking compassionate and dependable Registered Behavioral Health Technicians (RBHTs) to join our Residential Treatment Facility team in Cranberry Township, PA.

Responsibilities
- Support daily routines and structured programming
- Build professional, supportive relationships with youth
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports
- Collaborate with clinical, nursing, and leadership teams
- Maintain compliance with policies and regulations
Requirements
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-stress situations
- Associate degree or 60 college credits with relevant experience
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care and crisis intervention
- Candidates must be able to reliably commute.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field (preferred)

Compensation
- $23k-$27k
