About the role

  • Identifies and submits internal proposal requests for any additional hardware or software that would increase productivity and efficiency related to the project.
  • Acts as Producer for all aspects of external media production efforts including casting, crewing, scheduling, and budgeting for film shoots and voice over records.
  • Ensures appropriate usage and licensing rights are acquired and in compliance.

Responsibilities

  • The Executive Producer assists in the overall development and implementation of media and interactive projects for themed attractions and special venues, working directly with the Executive Producer to develop project strategies, budgets, and resource planning, as well as establish and maintain project schedules and communication with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and in-house team members.

Requirements

  • Must have or be able to quickly acquire knowledge of company structure (mission, goals, and objectives), and policies and procedures.
  • Must have a bachelor’s degree in TV/Film Production, or comparable experience, with 4 years of experience working as a media producer.
  • Must be organized, self-motivated, pro-active, problem solver, communicative, and team player.
  • Strong understanding of live action, visual effects, and animation media production pipelines.
  • experience in themed entertainment, or animation, VFX, game development, media production management, or similar.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States of America.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of VR, AR, Maya, Nuke, Shotgun, Unity, Houdini, programming languages, and/or MS Project a plus.
