Responsibilities
- Availity partners with various organizations, both locally and nationally, to raise awareness, funds and morale as our staff members volunteer their time and funds to engage the organizations campaign.
Requirements
- Proven track record in influencing decisions, surface risks, and driving alignment across competing priorities
- Ability to scale in a high-growth environment
- Candidates are required to pass a drug test before beginning employment.
- When required by state law or federal regulation, Availity uses I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification in conjunction with E-Verify to determine employment eligibility.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, Program Management, Strategy & Operations, or related functions.
- 3+ years of people leadership experience managing high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of product development methodologies including Agile, Scrum, and Lean practices.
- Proven experience implementing operational processes and scaling cross-functional organizations.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using data visualization and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and executive stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with product management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Aha!, Productboard, Confluence, Asana, or similar platforms.
Skills
- Driving product portfolio planning, roadmap governance, prioritization frameworks, and quarterly business reviews.
- Partnering with Product leadership to improve decision-making through data analysis, insights, and business intelligence.
- Optimizing product development lifecycle processes including intake, prioritization, release management, and post-launch reviews.
- Leading tooling and systems strategy for product management platforms, workflows, and documentation standards.
- Facilitating cross-functional communication and alignment to ensure organizational transparency and execution consistency.
- Supporting strategic initiatives including organizational scaling, change management, and process transformation.
