About the role
- Our audiences, compliance leaders, fraud teams, CTOs, and operators at high-growth fintechs, are sophisticated and discerning.
- Our goal is for every in-person touchpoint to reflect that with creativity, originality, and elegance.
Responsibilities
- Build a complementary virtual event program, webinars, virtual roundtables, and digital activations, to extend reach beyond in-person moments.
- Partner closely with sales and strategy teams to align field programs with pipeline goals, account priorities, and revenue outcomes.
- Deliver integrated campaigns that amplify field programs across email, social, digital, and out-of-home channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders, external vendors, and agency partners.
- Manage and report on an ongoing event budget with rigor and transparency.
- Proven track record planning and executing both in-person and virtual events that drive measurable pipeline and brand awareness.
- From day one, you'll have direct ownership over strategic initiatives that drive the business forward.
Requirements
- You are curious about AI, financial regulation, and the infrastructure that makes modern finance work.
- You are collaborative, organized, and genuinely kind to the people you work with.
- Real growth opportunity: Promotion timelines depend on performance: the harder you work, the quicker you'll get promoted.
Nice to have
- Track, analyze, and report on program performance, measuring ROI and key metrics to inform optimization and future planning.
- Bring creativity and fresh ideas to elevate the attendee experience and consistently reinforce Footprint's brand at every touchpoint.
- 4-6 years of experience in B2B field marketing, event marketing, or events production, ideally in SaaS, fintech, regtech, or AI.
- Strong project management chops, you can juggle multiple programs at different stages without dropping the ball.
- Comfort operating in both reactive mode (placing an executive on a panel in 72 hours) and proactive mode (conceiving and executing a Footprint-hosted event end-to-end over months).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with the compliance, fraud, or identity landscape is a strong plus, you don't need to be an expert, but you need to learn fast.
Skills
- Compliance teams at banks and fintechs are drowning in financial crimes investigations.
- Percy learns each team's procedures and makes the same calls their analysts would:
