About the role
- Ingest and standardize fragmented measurement data
- Connect media exposure to healthcare outcomes
- Surface insights, KPIs, and recommendations
Responsibilities
- Build the measurement layer
- Create a unified data model
- Establish KPIs that drive actionable recommendations
- Lead cross-functionally
- Partner with engineering, design, data, and GTM to bring the product to life
- Experience building and working with AI products and agentic workflows
- We're hiring a Senior Product Manager to own our Measurement, Planning & Optimization product.
Requirements
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and turn complexity into clear product direction
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, early-stage environments with evolving priorities and limited structure
Nice to have
- Familiarity with measurement platforms (e.g., CrossIX) or DSPs
- Experience with AI/agent-driven UX
