About the role

The EROS facility requires security coverage 24 h ours per day, 365 days per year.
Attend roll call prior to assuming duty for briefing on any changes to post assignments or to share information.
Ensure post is properly relieved before leaving or taking a break.

English language proficiency: be able to speak fluent English, understand English, and be able to read, understand, and apply printed rules, detailed orders, instructions, and training material.
Must be a U.S. citizen.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Applicants must be a U.S. Citizen to work in support of a federal agency.

Overview Montech Inc. is seeking qualified armed Security Guard II in support of the U.S. Department of the Interior, U.S. Geological Survey, Earth Resources Observation Science (EROS) Center.
These guards perform continuous protective services as required 24 hours per day, 365 days per year to monitor the interior and exterior of USGS, EROS.
Place of Performance / Hours of Operation Security services will be provided in support of the USGS EROS Facility located at 47914 252nd Street, Sioux Falls, SD 57198.

The last guard shall leave at the end of duty hours only after properly securing the post.
