Facilities Supervisor | In-Office Opportunity - Henderson, NV Position Summary The Facilities Supervisor ensures that EMPLOYERS' facilities provide an efficient, safe, and secure environment for employees and visitors.
This role potentially and will routinely use office equipment such as computers, phones, printers, and web conferencing technology as examples.

Support all phases of office development including site coordination, lease administration, space planning with internal customers, and move-in logistics; make recommendations to leadership on facility decisions.
Manage and prioritize work orders using the company's internal ticketing system; ensure timely completion and accurate documentation of maintenance requests.
Respond to facility-related emergencies; maintain on-call availability as needed to address urgent facility or security issues.
Manage administrative duties including vendor and contractor coordination across a range of facility disciplines.
Support the space planning process by gathering requirements, conducting site visits and workflow analysis, maintaining specification documents, communicating with project stakeholders, and facilitating walkthroughs.
