Responsibilities

- As a key member of our team, you'll help bring beautiful homes to market, support our agents behind the scenes, and play an essential role in delivering an exceptional client experience from start to finish.
- As our Listing Coordinator, you'll support the Listing Manager and agents with the preparation, setup, and management of new listings.
- Set up and maintain new listings in the MLS Enter and update property information across company websites and systems Upload photos, videos, floor plans, and listing documents Ensure all property and agent information is accurate, polished, and up to date Support agents with systems and real estate platforms Help create and prepare marketing materials including property brochures
