Responsibilities
- This role is specifically focused on supporting the PATRIOT Ground Support Equipment (PGSE) Test Program as the maintenance and logistics lead.
- A test analyst in this position is expected to be self-motivated, possessing strong written and verbal communications skills, and support or lead the following events/items:
- As a Test & Evaluation (T&E) Engineer, you'll support all aspects of radar Ground and Missile flight test planning and execution.
- You'll collaborate closely with a diverse team, fostering innovation and excellence every step of the way.
Requirements
- 7+ years T&E experience with Air and Missile Defense (AMD) systems such as PATRIOT, IBCS, & LTAMDS
- Experience supporting / leading radar ground and missile flight test missions
- BS degree or significant work experience supporting AMD systems
- Secret clearance, or the ability to obtain one
Nice to have
- BS Engineering degree
- Familiarization with Funds Verification and Use Authorization
- Experience working on (applicable to ground and/or flight tests):
- Test resource requirements
- Performance analysis
- Production qualification testing
- Requirements testing
- Post-mission test analysis and reporting

Compensation
- Ability to travel up to 8 weeks per year (typical duration is no more than 2 weeks at a time)
