About the role
- Customer Failure Analysis requests, to determine root cause, implementing corrective/preventive actions for returns and/or complaints.
- This includes managing any site visits by customers for quality related concerns
- Reliability activities during new product introduction, qualification planning, MTBF/FIT calculations
Responsibilities
- Managing a team to Support:
- Site quality systems development and continual improvement, working within the site teams to maintain ISO9001, AS9100 certifications and other industry standards
- Coordinate and support customer audits in support of their AVL requirements
- Experience in developing and maintaining site Quality Management System, enabling the site to maintain its ISO9001 and AS9100 certifications

Requirements
- Candidates are required to provide proof of US citizenship
- Four-year degree (preferably Electrical Engineering) or 10+ years equivalent experience in manufacturing or quality
- 7+ years of quality engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
- 3+ years of managing and supervisory experience
- Proven experience in application of Six Sigma and 8D methodologies and tools to determine root cause and corrective action implementation for internal/external issues
- Experience in managing and partnering with suppliers including - qualification, auditing, measuring, continual improvement
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently
- Candidates are required to provide proof of either US citizenship, Permanent US residency or classification as a protected individual as defined in 8 USC 1324b (a) (3).

Compensation
- We offer a total compensation package that ranks among the best in the industry.
- It consists of competitive base pay, restricted stock units, and quarterly bonus payments.
- The annual base salary range for this position, which could be performed in the US, is $91,000 - $247,000.*
