About the role

  • The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities.
  • The individual will focus on campaign execution, project management and measurement of results.
  • This role will also require a deep understanding of the client mindset and account management.

Responsibilities

  • Contributes to the design and development of marketing tactics, including email marketing, collateral, paid media, digital marketing, events, social media and other avenues.
  • Leverages customer data and suite of CRM tools to develop target lists optimized against set of campaign criteria.
  • Manages measurement and tracking of campaign effectiveness (ROI) and reporting to provide visibility to stakeholders.
  • Collaborates with key internal teams to ensure strong execution of marketing programs, including field marketing, content marketing, and channel marketing.
  • Develops detailed understanding of client remarketing strategy and align client business objectives with Manheim's.
  • Assists with day-to-day management of campaign activities to drive execution against established objectives and deadlines.
  • Creates and maintains thorough finance management documentation.
  • Collaborate with approved vendors to support campaign needs as necessary. Assists with maintaining account service levels including client prioritization, budget allocation/oversite, and creative planning/prioritization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 2 years' experience in a related field.
  • The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and up to 2 years' experience
  • or 6 years' experience in a related field.
  • Ability to operate under pressure and with tight timelines

Compensation

  • Compensation includes a base salary in the range of $61,100.00 - $91,700.00.
  • The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities.
  • Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
