Partner with Research to synthesize insights into experience maps, journeys, and narratives that shape product direction on a rapid, iterative loop.
Raise the bar across the team through design critique, pairing, and mentorship - setting the example for craft and AI tools, and helping designers grow through influence rather than authority.
You have a deep understanding of AI and its applications in workflow, with mastery of user-centered design methods, research, and usability testing - and a passion for staying current with industry developments.
You have the ability to influence others and build consensus across teams while navigating ambiguity, and experience working in design systems with a deep appreciation for simple solutions to complex problems.
You have expert knowledge of design and AI productivity tools such as Figma, Figma Make, and Cursor.

You have 7+ years of experience designing and delivering products in cross-functional teams, with a track record of owning design for a significant product area and driving alignment across multiple workstreams.
You have experience with CRM or enterprise software.
