About the role
- As an HRIS Analyst at BeyondTrust, you will play a key role in the day-to-day administration, optimization, and continuous improvement of our HR systems.
- This role requires a strong balance of system expertise, reporting and analytics capabilities, and project-based work.
Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain UKG Pro (Core HR and Workforce Management)
- Manage system transactions including hires, terminations, transfers, job changes, and compensation updates
- Maintain system configuration elements such as security roles, business rules, and organizational structures
- Partner with IT and system stakeholders to support integrations and ensure accurate data flow
- Identify and support system improvements and enhancements
- Develop and maintain standard and ad hoc HR reports(BI/People Analytics)
- Support stakeholders with accurate and timely reporting
- Perform ongoing audits and data validation
- Support HRIS-related projects, including system enhancements and reporting improvements
