About the role

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage exercise development in conjunction with USPACOM and component planner and participants. Develop training objectives that meet SOCPAC SOJ2 JMETL requirements.
  • Develop training objectives in conjunction with exercise participants and SOCPAC SOJ2 stakeholders.
  • Draft and develop realistic threat scenarios, incorporate best-practice inputs from DoD and other agencies.

  • Develop, synchronize, execute, and track SOCPAC's capacity building, multinational engagements, including but not limited to subject matter expert exchanges (SMEE) and key leader engagements (KLE).
  • Develop talking points and information papers to support COMSOCPAC and SOCPAC SOJ2 KLEs with senior U.S. / foreign military / civilian leaders.
  • Experience providing intel support to SOF units/commands.

Requirements

  • The intelligence exercise and engagement planner will be fully integrated in the command and provide exercise intelligence expertise to the command.
  • Must have superior written and oral communications skills.
  • CONUS and OCONUS travel may be required.

Compensation

  • $125,000 - $148,000 USD
