About the role

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage exercise development in conjunction with USPACOM and component planner and participants. Develop training objectives that meet SOCPAC SOJ2 JMETL requirements.
- Develop training objectives in conjunction with exercise participants and SOCPAC SOJ2 stakeholders.
- Draft and develop realistic threat scenarios, incorporate best-practice inputs from DoD and other agencies.

- Develop, synchronize, execute, and track SOCPAC's capacity building, multinational engagements, including but not limited to subject matter expert exchanges (SMEE) and key leader engagements (KLE).
- Develop talking points and information papers to support COMSOCPAC and SOCPAC SOJ2 KLEs with senior U.S. / foreign military / civilian leaders.
- Experience providing intel support to SOF units/commands.
Requirements
- The intelligence exercise and engagement planner will be fully integrated in the command and provide exercise intelligence expertise to the command.
- Must have superior written and oral communications skills.
- CONUS and OCONUS travel may be required.
Compensation
- $125,000 - $148,000 USD
