Responsibilities
- Schedules appointments using EHR for patients, makes reminder calls one business day before appointments and maintains the schedule (e.g. cancellations or additions) to ensure accuracy.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Three years of experience in a customer service role.
