About the role
- Job classification: A9000 - Pooled Wage Position # of positions: 5 Hourly Rate: $30.00 Placement within the range is typically based upon a review of skills, experience, and internal equity.
- The Certified Athletic Therapist (CAT(C)) is responsible for the prevention, assessment, treatment, rehabilitation, and return-to-play management of injuries and illnesses affecting varsity student-athletes.
- Provide immediate on-field and clinical assessment of athletic injuries and medical conditions.
Responsibilities
- Position End Date: March 3, 2027 Deadline to apply: Until Position is filled SAIT's Athletics & Recreation department is hiring part-time hourly Certified Athletic Therapists to support our AT offering to student-athletes.
- This role also includes the supervision, mentorship, scheduling, and development of student Athletic Therapists (student ATs) participating in clinical placements and varsity sport support roles.
