Responsibilities Follows all company safety and sanitation policies and procedural training Support fellow employees in maintaining table appearance, food/drink running, etc. as needed Be knowledgeable regarding Food & Beverage menus
- and items, current food and/or drink promotions and specials, and answer guests' questions verbally and clearly Accurately enter orders into POS system Retrieve food or drink orders from kitchen or bar area, and deliver them to guests in a timely manner Collect guests' payments (credit cards, cash, or gift cards only), ensure transactions are correct using
