About the role
- Evaluates patients, plans for and provides therapeutic interventions in a transdisciplinary/team approach.
- Responsible for the communication and coordination of treatment programs with other team members including the patient/family.
- Will also be expected to be a member of a collaborative team which is patient focused, functional outcome based and patient/family centered.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Speech Therapy (Required)
- Up to 1 year experience in a related field (Required)
