- Strategic Legal Practices is seeking a full-time Fee Motion Attorney with demonstrated expertise in drafting, opposing, and arguing attorneys' fee motions in complex litigation.
- This attorney will play a central role in pursuing and defending the firm's rights to attorneys' fees in both state and federal courts.

Responsibilities
- Fee Motion-Specific Responsibilities Drafting detailed and well-supported motions for attorneys' fees in both California state and federal courts Preparing replies to oppositions with strong legal analysis and persuasive rebuttals Arguing fee motions at hearings, including presenting lodestar justifications and addressing court inquiries Apply statutory fee entitlement provisions, including requests for multipliers and enhancements Working with the fee motion support team to collect time records, declarations, and documentation in support of executing assigned motions Managing and tracking a high-volume docket of deadlines and assignments within the fee motion department General Litigation Responsibilities Draft fee motions and fee motion replies to oppositions Attend fee motion and general hearings in support of the firm Argue fee motions in court Independently manage your own litigation caseload Perform other litigation-related duties and meet firm deadlines

Compensation
- $130,000 - $200,000/annually Billing bonus: Up to $20,000 - straightforward to earn
