About the role
- This is a non clinical, hybrid healthcare role that is well suited for individuals who want meaningful work and real exposure to healthcare operations.
- You will speak directly with patients, collect and organize medical histories, and help ensure medical records are accurate and complete.
- The work is structured, repeatable, and supported by templates and training.
Responsibilities
- Listen actively and document information with a high level of accuracy using structured templates and internal systems
- Partner with the operations team to continuously improve processes and quality
- Are dependable and able to manage your time independently
Nice to have
- Bachelor's Degree in related fields
- Fluency in Spanish, French, or a second language
