Continuously identify opportunities to improve workflows, documentation, systems, and employee-facing processes to drive operational efficiency and enhance employee experience.
Recruiting & Talent Operations Support Lead end to end recruiting for identified roles Source candidates, manage Applicant Tracking System (ATS) applicants, host interviews, and partner with hiring managers.
With oversight from the Director and in partnership with Brand Marketing, manage the company LinkedIn pages and employer brand presence.
Develop and publish content that highlights company culture, employee experience, brand values, team moments, employee milestones, and key People initiatives.
Cross-Functional Partnerships Collaborate across People, Finance, IT, and Operations to ensure smooth execution of employee processes and initiatives Build trusted relationships across the organization
The Assistant HR Manager will manage and execute core employee processes, programs and operational functions that support the employee experience across Farmacy Beauty and Each & Every brands.
