Requirements
- Demonstrates knowledge of company policies and industry laws and regulations.
- Demonstrates excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and across departments.
- Prepares ad-hoc financial reports and analyses as required.
- Demonstrates technical knowledge across various accounting principles and practices.
- Works on assignments of moderate technical and logistical complexity.
- Maintains knowledge of company policies, GAAP, and financial reporting standards.
- This job is non-exempt in Washington

Nice to have
- Generally, a minimum of 3 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Insurance accounting experience preferred.
- Completion of or continuing progress toward a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred.
