Employer immigration record

from this employer's Department of Labor filings

Third-party placement is common here

20% of this employer's visa filings place the worker at a client company rather than at the employer itself, across 6 clients. Your visa, salary band and layoff exposure would follow the employer of record, not the client. Most common: Epace Technologies Inc · American Express · Avery Dennison CorporationFiles as an H-1B dependent employer.

Files H-1B transfers

1 transfer filing in the last year, covering 1 worker. Median labor-condition decision: 7 days. An employer that already files transfers is one that can take over an existing H-1B.

Sourced from Department of Labor LCA, PERM and prevailing-wage disclosure data. Employer matching is by name, so figures may be split across an employer's legal entities. Absence of a filing means none appears in our copy of the data, not that none exists.

About the role

  • You'll move quickly from prototype to customer usage, then use evaluations and real execution traces to make the product better.
  • Ship AI products end to end: Turn ambiguous customer problems into working features, connecting agents to Unify's data, integrations, and workflow infrastructure.
  • Make long-running tasks resumable, handle tool failures, and give users visibility and control over agent actions.

Responsibilities

  • Build agent harnesses: Design the execution loops, tool interfaces, context, and memory that let agents complete complex workflows reliably.
  • Make quality measurable: Build evals from real customer tasks, and use traces and failure analysis to improve agent behavior.
  • Build for production: Own reliability, latency, and cost. Make long-running tasks resumable, handle tool failures, and give users visibility and control over agent actions.
  • You think empirically. You define success, run experiments, inspect failures, and use evidence to decide what to build next.
  • You take initiative, learn quickly, and collaborate generously. You're comfortable with ambiguity and make the people around you better.
  • As an Applied AI Engineer at Unify, you will bring new agent capabilities from zero to one and build the systems that make them work in production.
  • You'll own the agent harnesses that turn model capabilities into useful actions: planning, tool execution, context management, memory, and error recovery.

Requirements

  • You have 3+ years of software engineering experience and hands-on experience shipping LLM applications or agents to production.
  • You have built systems with tool calling, multi-step execution, and evaluations.

Company info

  • You care deeply about customers and can turn a high-level product idea into a deployed solution. You balance speed with sound engineering judgment.
  • Shape our AI foundation: Build reusable tools and engineering practices that help the team ship faster, partnering with product and design to prioritize the work that matters most to customers.
