- Metro Physical & Aquatic Therapy is a comprehensive multidisciplinary company who offers Physical, Occupational, Speech Therapy, Massage and Acupuncture services.
- Metro Physical & Aquatic Therapy is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our growing Homecare team.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on physician orders and patient needs
- Deliver care that aligns with professional standards, agency policies, and the prescribed plan of care
- Plan, and carry out occupational therapy programs to maintain, improve or restore physical function, relieve pain, and prevent occupational dysfunction in patients.
- Perform and document an initial exam, evaluating the data to identify problems and determine a diagnosis prior to intervention.
- Strong communication skills between patients, support staff, and management, including timely responses via text, email, phone, etc.
Requirements
- Must be willing to treat geriatric patients.
- Quick EMR (No Oasis required)
Compensation
- The anticipated base salary range for this position is $85,000.00-$95,000.00.
- Salary is based on various factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.
