Responsibilities
- Partner closely with busy Escrow Officers to keep transactions organized and moving forward
- Prepare escrow documents and closing packages
- Communicate with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and other transaction partners
- Manage multiple files, priorities, and deadlines without losing attention to detail
- Use escrow systems and technology to deliver an exceptional customer experience
- 3+ years of escrow related experience, ideally with some lead or senior assistant work
- Bring your escrow knowledge, energy, and leadership, and help us build the kind of trust that keeps clients and agents coming back, in Balboa Park and across San Diego.

Requirements
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new technology
Nice to have
- Experience supporting a busy escrow desk strongly preferred
Compensation
- $20.31 - $27.09 Hourly
- This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
