Responsibilities

  • Automate customer support. Build AI agents that resolve customer issues at scale.
  • Build customer facing AI agents. Support fraud investigations, analysis, reporting, and operations.
  • Deliver automated insights. Create self updating reports that prove ROI.
  • Full stack ability to build and ship production automation.
  • Automate customer support.

Requirements

  • Hands on AI experience with LLMs and agentic systems.

Nice to have

  • 3 plus years engineering experience in product, platform, or automation roles.

Skills

  • Python, TypeScript, LLMs (OpenAI/Anthropic), Vector DBs, Retool/Internal Tooling, GCP.
  • Compensation: $180,000 - $250,000 + Equity Grant
  • Base Salary: $140,000 - $180,000
  • Bonus: $30,000 - $60,000
  • Equity: 0.15% - 0.3% with 4-year vesting
  • Benefits: 401k match (4%)
  • Be a self-starter and a self-completer.

Compensation

  • $180,000 - $250,000 + Equity Grant
  • Base Salary: $140,000 - $180,000
  • Bonus: $30,000 - $60,000
