Responsibilities

  • Deliver live online training sessions covering Cloud Computing, DevOps, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) concepts.
  • Maintain session quality metrics and learner engagement standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on curriculum updates and technical content refinement.
  • Maintain regular communication with students regarding progress, expectations, and milestones.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of student performance and engagement.
  • Identify and escalate academic or learner performance concerns to the Lead Instructor or appropriate staff.
  • Support learner improvement plans and certification readiness initiatives when necessary.
  • Collaborate with instructional staff and program teams to improve the learner experience and program outcomes.

Requirements

  • Weekday - 06:30 PM CST - 09:30 PM CST (Monday, Wednesday and Thursday) Weekend - 09:00 AM CST - 12:00 PM CST (Saturday and Sunday) Flexibility for evening availability is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field 7+ years of professional experience in Cloud Computing, DevOps, or Site Reliability
  • Engineering (SRE) roles Hands-on expertise with one or more major cloud platforms:
  • Azure Google Cloud (GCP) Strong understanding of DevOps concepts including:
  • Container orchestration Practical experience with DevOps tools such as:

Compensation

  • Compensation The anticipated pay range for this position is $55 - $60 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
  • This position is classified as Part-Time, Non-Exempt, and employees will be compensated for all hours worked in accordance with applicable federal and state wage and hour laws.
