About the role
- You report directly to the Head of IT Systems Engineering.
- Your title history matters less than technical foundation and how you work with people.
- This role is based in our San Francisco office with an office-centric hybrid schedule.
Responsibilities
- Strengthen endpoint security. Work with the Corporate Security team to harden our endpoint posture, respond to incidents, and build initiatives that connect security priorities and endpoints.
- Push automation and efficiency. Spot opportunities to reduce manual work through scripting, APIs, and workflow tooling. Build the expectation that if something is repetitive, the team automates it.
- Work across the organization. Partner with Corporate Security, HR, Legal, and other business teams to understand what they need, communicate what IT is building, and ship solutions that work.
- Document and share knowledge. Make sure your team documents clearly and hands off processes that others can follow.
- Enough SaaS administration experience - Google Workspace, Slack, and similar - to lead a team that owns it.
